Where we ship
We ship to the 50 United States and Washington, DC. U.S. territories and APO, FPO and DPO addresses are outside our delivery area. Other countries can be selected in the address form, but are not eligible for checkout.
Shipping cost
All orders receive free standard shipping. No expedited delivery option is offered.
Processing and order cutoff
Handling takes 1–2 business days. The daily cutoff is 7:00 PM Central Standard Time (GMT−06:00), fixed year-round without daylight saving adjustments. Orders placed before the cutoff on a business day use that day as the processing start day. Orders placed at or after the cutoff, on weekends, or on U.S. federal holidays use the next business day as the start day. Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.
Transit and estimated total delivery
Transit takes an estimated 3–4 business days after dispatch. Combined handling and transit are an estimated 4–6 business days from the applicable processing start day. Cutoff times, weekends and holidays may shift that start day. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates.
