30-day return window
You may request a return within 30 calendar days of receiving your item. Ordinary change-of-mind returns must be unused, in original condition and in their original packaging.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items
Contact us if your item arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered. Photos can help us assess the issue. The ordinary requirement for unused goods and intact packaging does not prevent you from requesting assistance for these issues. We will provide instructions for an appropriate resolution.
Return shipping and fees
Blairey covers return shipping for company errors, damaged goods and defective items. Customers cover return shipping when returning an item because they changed their mind. There is no restocking fee.
Refunds
Once a refund is approved, the funds will be returned automatically to the original payment account within 10 calendar days. Contact us if you need help with an approved refund.
