How do I choose my size?
Each product lists lens width, bridge width and temple length in millimeters. Compare these measurements to a pair you already wear. All listed frames have one available size; fit varies by person.
Are these prescription or protective glasses?
Our collection consists of adult non-prescription fashion sunglasses with resin lenses. We do not claim verified UV protection, polarization, impact resistance or medical performance.
Where do you ship, and how much is shipping?
Free standard shipping is available for all orders to the 50 United States and Washington, DC. U.S. territories and APO/FPO/DPO addresses are excluded.
When should I expect delivery?
Handling takes 1–2 business days, then transit takes an estimated 3–4 business days. The combined estimate is 4–6 business days from the applicable processing start day. Our fixed cutoff is 7:00 PM CST (GMT−06:00). Orders after cutoff, on weekends or on U.S. federal holidays start processing on the next business day.
Can I return my glasses?
Request a return within 30 calendar days of receipt. Ordinary returns must be unused, in original condition and original packaging. Contact us first for authorization. These ordinary conditions do not prevent assistance with damaged, defective or incorrect items.
Who pays return shipping?
We pay for company errors, damage or defects. You pay for a change-of-mind return. No restocking fee applies. Approved refunds return to the original payment account within 10 calendar days.
How do payments and order confirmation work?
Where a payment service is available, review your total and authorize the payment at checkout. A submitted form alone is not confirmation of payment or order acceptance. Refer to the displayed transaction result and any order acceptance confirmation.
How do I clean my frames?
Use lukewarm water, a little mild soap and a clean microfiber cloth. Follow the material-specific instructions on your product page. Avoid solvents and heat; dry metal frames after moisture exposure.
